in this case, you need to pay RM53 for technician's visiting?
*
Not sure, how to check? Should be no because the technician only came to check building exchange outside of my unit. I received call from technician after he checked outside and told that everything is healthy, he said the issue might be my modem or wiring and want to come my house but I don't think there is something wrong with equipment and I not at home that time.

Added on
The report has been closed, the DSL stat still not restored to original stat when first installed and I'm tired to open another report by going thru all the 'best effort policy' stories again.

Anyone have this issue? When ever gateway not same as ip address, connection will drop. Need to disconnect and connect again then internet will back to normal speed.
*
I get that once in awhile but it doesn't affect the connection.

Problem is it should be within coevrage & I dont see any reason of not installing the port other than the worker did not take the initiative to start the work. Why is it within coverage as my area came in phase by phase and so far all have coverage. And they only start to ACT when accumulated enough requests based on 'demand list'. In short, as my unifi is without contract so its easy for them to brush my request off till the demand list start to build up on certain amount.

Lodged a complaint report to their management as what the 100 staff told me. If did not get resolve within 7 days will escalate to SKMM / CFM. Thank goodness I kept all the livechat conversation.
*
Well, what to do.. Sounds like you are moving into a newly developed area? If so, it explains the wait till enough requests come in before they come and install more ports. In addition, you could pressure the dev company too into making TM come install faster. Else, gonna be a long waiting time for ports.

Hi all,

I have two(2) question.

1. Is it the promo Unifi extended? i mean RM 129 + RM 10 can get 30mbps D and 10 mbps U.

If extended till what date? 15 January 2018?

2. I already have unifi edu lite RM 99 at my house (using my brother student id), can i relocate the unifi lite to my mother shop?

In fact, the row behind my house has unifi to use as they are using the ports from earlier phase. Not really newly developed but already more than 5 years? Just different phase.

Update to my UNIFI 100mbps issue:

TM came to my house and they noticed that i'm using Asus AC68U instead of TPLINK hence they don't know how to check the optimum setting, but they told me if for TPLINK we need to disable "NAT boost", i found for Asus below is that setting:

Also, the technician called their server side department to reset my 100mbps profile, they suspect the profile is not applied properly.

I have been using same IP for almost 48 hours and done almost 150GB BT so far speed still maintain at 110mbps. rclxms.gif
So for those using Asus and having same issue, please check whether you have "NAT Acceleration" enabled.

Update:
No Point going to TM point to change or ammend your 100 mbps package as YRP 100 package no longer available in their system as it has been secretly taken out based on my experience in checking with TM point Maluri, TM point Wangsa Maju & TM point Setapak today.

Best way is to log a report with TM via phone and log a MCMC case with reference to TM report number.
*
Update: I’m so happy today as I was previously paying RM243 (with gst) for my 100 mbps package preciously and after my mcmc report logged on 26th Dec, just received a call from TM escalation officer that they will reduce my pricing to RM189 (lifetime) as Long as I maintain with TM and add-on jumbo pack + mini pack of my choice which I choose Aneka as per previously and 600 mins for free calls which I already have.

Package has been updated in their system within 5 mins after the call as I received sms from TM stating order is complete. Yahoooooo😎😎😎😎

Thank you guys!!!
