Not networko related, but Unifi related. I just got a call from Unifi after what stupid reward for being a Unifi customer, 6 months worth of free health insurance. After 6 months coverage ended.
Is there such a thing? I can't find any info on it anywhere

I can't find any info on it anywhere I got a similar call some time back. I declined the free 6 months offer. It is just a marketing gimmick to get more customers, hoping that you will sign up for a package at the end of the 6 months. If you already have an insurance, don't really see the need for this. Your call.

Called TM, yes there's such a thing as insurance. It's same as banks working with insurance companies and selling customer data to the insurance companies. Basically they sell your data to insurance companies so they can call you. Was a legit number.

I've been getting random disconnections for awhile. They seem to occur randomly. Sometimes HyppTV works, the internet doesn't. Sometimes the internet works and HyppTV doesn't. I've noticed my ASUS RT-N14UHP has these lines in its syslog. CODE Sep 11 13:17:25 pppd[286]: Serial link appears to be disconnected. Sep 11 13:17:26 WAN Connection: Fail to connect with some issues. I enabled logging in TM's HG655m, but they're not very useful even on 'Debug' level. It just mentions when admin has logged in and when ethernet links come up and down. SNR margins on the BTU average around 8dB, Attenuation is closer to 22dB. Are the copper cables in my condo to blame or the BTU?
