So, I wanted to terminate my current plan and take Bonanza RM139 instead. Because I prefer Ruby Pack > Jumbo Pack. And I was shown "no port available for my area" This is pretty stupid, honestly, isn't what I'd been using is a port itself? Can't I just continue using my port?
What a turn off, no mood to ask any other question after that. Was tell to walk-in again to check if there's new port later and that's the only way to check. I have till the end of this year to check because Bonanza Campaign ends on 31st December 2017.

you can argue with them, because i was from vip10 (without contract) and now im on bonanza 30, didn't need to terminate account.

but TMPoint CS told me discount is perpetual, and told me RM189 will be the monthly charges until i terminate account
