But their service really sucks, previously from VIP 10 (both 10 mbps download & upload > Unifi Lite 10 mbps download & 5 mbps upload > Advance 30 mbps bonanza campaign)
in 3 days I use 3 different plan, excellent service from them
surprisingly they doing their job well, luckily upgraded today, if not I will non stop disturbing them via live chat and report whistling.gif

what a waste of time, keep on going back to tm point.

the guy from tm point just called and told me that he just upgraded for me, and he asked me to restart and test. as i was busy, i didn't test, then he called me back again to ask how is it. i must admit i'm surprised with this high service level.

now waiting for him to call back again so that i can properly thank him.

just walk in tm point and take a number, then tell them you wanna change plan.

i didn't have contract at the first place, but now after changing to advance 30 bonanza, i'm under 2 years contract.

called 100, they told me can't change equipment for free, which is total opposite of what the guy from tm point said. doh.gif

last time tm's SOP is launch new plan, few weeks later offer it cheaper to new subscribers.

now their SOP is launch new plan, few days later remove it. doh.gif

have some question on TP-Link AC1200, i tried to set it up today at my parents house, but even though i entered the correct username and password, but i can't connect to the internet. with the same username and password, i can connect to the internet using asus rt-n12hp.

at the status page, i even have an IP address, but when my phone connect to the router, it shows a TM page stating that i have entered the wrong username and password.

i got this router because my plan was renewed and i managed to get tm to change for me, is this router tied to my account only?

For those using tp link ac1200, what's the range like? I find it poorer than my old asus rt-n12hp, wondering how to improve the wifi range for tp link ac1200.

you can argue with them, because i was from vip10 (without contract) and now im on bonanza 30, didn't need to terminate account.
