I directly told the lady at counter i want to lodge complain, and ask to give me the complain number, cause at that time she say unable to help and i already expect may need to complain to MCMC in order to solve the problem, the lady give me a form to fill in and later that write the report number for me.

Are you still under contract with TM/UNIFI ? TM told me if under contract cant change the package to RM 189 100Mbps..

First part yes, second part no. At least for us on RYE.
Well, take up the offer first and change again two years later.
*
Really unfair paying RM 209 for almost 3 years ready...told them 50Mbps is enough for my daily usage they say nm will offer u 100Mbps for RM 189..

Is ur contract renewed to 2 years ?

Mine RM249 or 100mbps, TM says if they revised mine to RM189 it will be valid for 24 months. At 25th month, the price will be revert back to RM329.

To me it's good since by that time many new packages with better offer is available. And I got to save RM60 monthly, total of RM1440 for 2 years.
*
Yeah think after 2 years will be much cheaper packages from TM...

if ur dashboard shows the discount is perpetual, maybe after 2 years still same price.
it is good anyway that you managed to get rm189 instead of rm249. it is a lot of money savings in long run.

Did they provide you with new router etc Tplink AC1200 ?

Mine works alright for my needs so far and covers the whole apartment.. Not sure if it'll perform the same with 100Mbps.
*
100Mbps think you need at least ASUS 68U or Tplink AC3150 to see the difference smile.gif

ASUS is not TP-Link or D-Link
They don't neglect their old routers
Even the old RT-N16 that was launched in 2010 is still getting firmware update in this year unlike TP-Link / D-Link who abandon their old routers after 1 year of production
*
Are you able to achieved 100Mbps on ur Asus 68U? I mean all ur devices can get 100Mbps speed on 2.4ghz and 5ghz?

Getting 100Mb/s is not dependant on your router, but the device that you're using itself
Most devices limits 72Mb/s on 2.4GHz

Only very few devices can reach 100Mb/s on 2.4GHz
*
I'm only getting 50++Mbps on 2.4ghz and 60++ on 5Ghz on most of devices on 100Mbps. Thinking was it due to my router issue.
