That's why, RM 139 has no free calls and what makes you think that you will get free calls 2 years later?
As 2 years later revert back to RM 199 mahRM 199 also don't have any free call?

QUOTE(fruitie @ Nov 8 2017, 12:34 AM) Voice Premium Calls means you have to pay for your phone calls. Only if you have Voice STD20 then it comes with 600 minutes free calls. I see, but somehow when i register the TM point staff didn't mention got free 1 month subscriptionInteresting it seems TM did specifically state out "Promo Discount 24 months" whereas I'm on Thank You Campaign 2017 is stated as "perpetual". Will check the bill on next 2 months as my bill just received yesterday with paying old bill price |

QUOTE(Cynox @ Nov 10 2017, 02:53 PM) haha... the funny thing is I just dig out an old notebook cooler from the store room recently and put it under the router to cool it. Maybe it doesn't like to be cooled. if you lazy to call can do a live chat with them ok, will try to call them see whether they will reset or not. too much a hassle to swap. thanks all for the suggestions. Edit: Btw, forget to mention the upload speed is not affected, still maintain at 47-50mbps. So meaning the download speed is being throttled? as for speedtest, you did your speedtest using speedtest.net or http://speedtest.tm.com.my/tmspeedtest.html ? because before you ask TM to help you reset the port, then sure ask you to test using their speedtest and LAN cable so best is shoot them a screenshot showing you are connecting using LAN & test using their speedtest website good luck |

btw I do facing speedtest issue for my desktop
here is the scenario my router and modem is placed at parlor, while my laptop also placed in parlor and connected using lan cable, so my laptop can achieve 30 mbps download and 10 mbps upload as for my desktop, it placed in a room that near my kitchen (almost end of my house), I think is around 5 meters away, and it is using USB wi-fi adapter (tp link wn727n) but I have a wi-fi extender from tp link (wa850re), when I didn't use the wifi extender, so my wifi adapter straight connect to my router, I can get 30 mbps download and 10 mbps upload however if use wi-fi extender, then let my wi-fi adapter connect it, I got around 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload *I placed my wi-fi extender at the switch that located at most end of my parlor so what wrong? previously I was in VIP 10 which got 10 mbps download and upload, speedtest get the same result, but once upgraded to this I only can achieve around 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload is it means that my Wi-Fi extender not support 30 mbps download? or should I pull a LAN cable from router to that Wi-Fi extender? |

QUOTE(g104 @ Nov 11 2017, 05:35 PM) nope, but as I said in above postif direct connect to router can achieve full speed, if connect through wi-fi extender then cannot get full speed so I don't think is relate to the IP address as wi-fi extender is just give me better wi-fi signal with further expand the wi-fi coverage area |

QUOTE(g104 @ Nov 11 2017, 05:50 PM) after this few days 1st as loading international website having issuecurrently using this ip address so far doesn't facing slow when loading international website QUOTE(SilentVampire @ Nov 11 2017, 05:53 PM) The wifi extender typically cut your throughput by half. Did you changing the position of your extender? Try to put it near the router and extend the signal from there. It could help. but that wifi extender should be able to support 300 mbps and no, I didn't change the wifi extender position if I put wifi extender near the router, then it stay more far than my dekstop anyway will test it after this few days as surfing international website is slow during this few days |

QUOTE(SilentVampire @ Nov 11 2017, 07:06 PM) Yes, it should be able to support up to 300mbps but that doesn’t matter. See this old thread for a more detailed explanation: https://www.cnet.com/forums/discussions/do-...in-half-534670/ Thanks, will try and configure where to put itIf you put it near the router, it is further than your desktop, but you can set the power transmit level to ‘High’ in the extender settings, which will boost the signal further. Worse case pull a cable from router and plug on the wifi extender |
