Maybe PON Registered? Replacement? Replaced? I suspect they registered the new ONU that I'm supposed to be getting tomorrow into their system. Cause my current ONU is no longer working. No phone/internet.

Don't know yet. TM appointment is tomorrow afternoon. I'm quite sure will be getting a new modem and I expect a new router too since the last router that TM gave me was the DIR-615.

Either one is OK. Can use as dual band AP. I think I would prefer the DIR-850L, can get one more free dynamic dns. I don't mind the RGX4400 also. I wonder if they still have that.

It should be. Mine is according to the CS when I signed up. I didn't receive the SMS either but called 100 to ask about it and they checked and said I was eligible.

Got a text just now for todays' pending 100mbps upgrade. Hopefully it goes smoothly. It's the same sms template that they use for new installs.

Order ticket status remains at PORN PONR.

When TM called a few days ago to confirm today's appt, they told me that there is a morning and an afternoon time slot. Can't request for a specific time. Would have preferred mornings but it was full already. Hope I don't get FFK'ed. sweat.gif

Nope, received an SMS out of the blue with the installation date last Thursday.

I didn't receive the sms either and also a long time subscriber since VIP5 when it first launched. I called 100 and after checking the system, they gave me the RM10 upgrade. From 50-100mbps.
