QUOTE(Ebony & Ivory @ Feb 10 2018, 06:57 PM) Yup, the cs told me. Only the hypptv contract is renew, not the internet. Just ended a live chat. I can't swap the package until end of the Unifi TV contract which is 12 mths, unlike the 2 yr contract for broadband . This probably explains why there is a "renewal" of 1 yr contract for Unifi TV.

QUOTE(AHGS14 @ Feb 10 2018, 08:15 PM) Tqvm for this very +ve answer. Tqvm for the advice. I just called 100 and they will swap the package in 7 working days. Like you said, the contract will be extended for another year.

Q: Does Unifi carve bandwidth off from the subscribed Internet speed? E.g., if I subscribe to 30 Mbps, I'm theoretically getting less speed if Unifi TV becomes very active.
