Just ended a live chat. I can't swap the package until end of the Unifi TV contract which is 12 mths, unlike the 2 yr contract for broadband sad.gif . This probably explains why there is a "renewal" of 1 yr contract for Unifi TV.

Tqvm for the advice. I just called 100 and they will swap the package in 7 working days. Like you said, the contract will be extended for another year.

Q: Does Unifi carve bandwidth off from the subscribed Internet speed? E.g., if I subscribe to 30 Mbps, I'm theoretically getting less speed if Unifi TV becomes very active.
