about what to check, if your salesmen is good he will go through every single thing with you, if he is bad like mine
1. check full body, if there is any imperfection at all(dont take your car during rain), check whether the seam between metal parts, they should have even and small gap
2. go in to interior  check all  interior material, make sure no scratch at all
3. test all electronics, window, light, dials, LED everthing, have somone stand outside to verify the lights
4. check your reverse and front sensor, they are notorious for slow response
5.check windscreen  clarity
6. MOST importantly, check chasis and engine S/N number match your ownership title
7.  Drive a few rounds

Got my persona few days ago.. previous I drove a persona elegance also.. persona lover and this new persona doesn't disappoint me too.. other than ride n handling not as superior as previous PE, low speed jerky.. the rest are much much better than PE, I am quite surprised the car is very snappy! Power delivery is smooth n responsive. However some rattling appears after 300km drive.. already solved 2 rattling.. hehe.

but bro... u will feel the previous persona actually is more comfy and better handling... but other than these, new persona is much better! definitely worth it

yea bro.. really better.. as i am driving the new nana.. i tell the old nana is way way better.. significantly.. but the new nana isnt bad, its actually quite good too for a torsion bar setup.. and the car feels super solid! more solid than ever.. just some on n off rattling, guess its normal nowadays, even the new myvi or luxury has it..

If u want good handling with the new nana, change the stock laoya silverstone, lousy wet drip.. even dry grip also SOSO only..

Its normal for this new persona , becaused drive by wire and cvt is clutch type. 

Try to get 195 width size tye.

Goodyear Triplemax Assurance good enough, performance in dry and wet condition, road noise is acceptable.

CC6 is abit lose in wet condition grip.

True oso, guess silvertone got bad reputation for u. Im ok with it becoz I got a manual kelisa using cheap silverstone powerbliz all the while after changing from easy "pregnant" oem dunlop.

Unstandabled, I had brands that I will avoid too due to bad experiences :
1.dunlop: easy side bengkak
2.falken: pancit into bad shape at middle of the road.

Agreed that tyre are not something to jimat as safety come first . Hopefully proton can give at least conti or goodyear in the future for buyer confidence.

Is yours premium variant? I think premium is goodyear. Others still silverstone

at least now proton no longer give silverstone to their customer and that's a good thing.
