Material only for whole car around RM190 (4pc of Damping material ;1 PC sound absorber; 1 PC sound isolator
All above is 12" X 16" size), for my understanding this RM190 sure not enuf for cover whole 4 doors with hood and boot...include workmanship maybe can reach RM250-300

That is my contact in KL/Selangor...Here in Sabah hard to get that price I think...
*
Good price rm198 including installations. But this is more suitable to bezza, persona hood and boot got ori soundproof ady. Car roof soundproof are for rainning, u will heard sound "tuk tuk" instead of "tung tung" if got pasted sound damping inside the roof.

Thanks.. because today i saw standard spec with short antenna. Strange..
*
Maybe that's me u saw, my std changed to 3 inch antenna even shorter than the premium type, bought from lazada rm17 only.. tongue.gif .
The best exclusive features of the premium variant are the leather seats, the quality even better than the vios sportivo edition.
The wiper size are 20 inch and 21 inch U hook type, for budget can get bosch clear advantage around rm25++ only at lazada.
No im not changing the legendary silverstone before using for 2 years..lol..no money next month 1 year ady my persona needs to renew insurance.. rolleyes.gif

How's the signal reception with the 3" antenna you bought from Lazada? Clear FM?
*
Signal r good 98% like CD quality but once inside indoor carpark can't hear anything. The ori long type still can get partial signal indoor if I still remember. Ori one signal stronger but short type looks cooler..

To remove the aircond knob panel i think u need to remove the head unit first. Dont do it by yourself, tell the sa at service center next time u service or ask accessories shop to fix for some fees.

hmm.gif topup so less  bangwall.gif

My 3rd service without topup using semi syntium800se 10w30 only, but got free change air filter. Previously got topup to syntium 3000 5w30 about rm58. Never topup because could manage to run 7000km only in 6 months. Noticed the fc increase from average 7.1l/100km to 7.7l/km after "downgraded" engine oil to semi, engine also harder to crank start when cold and noisier when running. So i think the topup to fully eo is worth. So regret now i will topup on next service. My car now 18000km ady just did tyre balancing and swap placing for rm55 outside. The stock silverstone tyre not sedap to drive but quite durable, the bunga still good and can last up to another 1.5 years according to the tyre shop boss.

I'm the owner of the video, was cruising 110km/h like I always used too but this time it's rain basically the road is wet. After this I only dare 80/90 only, don't want to clinch my butt anymore annnnnd you shouldn't wish this case happened to you. Even with ESC it will not save you 100%,it lower the chances of you hitting anything but you still responsible on controlling the car. The ESC only does 30~40% of controlling, the rest is yours.
*
U drove too fast bro, without vsc possibly behind tyre will skeech to the front then your car will be berpusing circle at the middle of the road. Beside rainning wet road the wind also a factor. Drive slower, safety first.

Refer to this link :

https://www.facebook.com/dashboardnoiserubb...MQ_AklABJfE-2Tg

on how to install the dashboard rubber, after install only when go through bumpy road will have some noise. Power window slow go up problem can go mr diy buy the silicone lubricant spray rm10, after spray the track it will become smooth.

If u sit inside the new myvi advanced spec (lagi rattles), u will know the persona are at least 2X better in terms of the soundproofs. But fc and behind legs room the myvi win lah...

I got the xav-650bt installed 1 1/2 yr ago with sony component speaker front and 6.5 3 ways speaker back. There are a megabass 2 options with the player that makes the sounds full and rich. Sound quality not bad, the bluetooth music even nicer if u got a xperia phone, it can be paired with your player fast with nfc and volume are loud enough.

very tempting...  biggrin.gif
how much does it cost? how about the steering control?
*
The xav-650bt last time i bought around rm638 but no more i think now is xav-651bt around rm688.

front speaker : rm238

https://www.lazada.com.my/sony-xs-n1620c-63....5a1c55fftIEnSM

back speaker : rm 100

https://www.lazada.com.my/sony-xs-fb163e-65....5a1c55ffwfJAEb

all bought from lazada with disc coupons tongue.gif . Installations fees around rm 140 included rear camera. All together will be around rm1000+-. Mine is standard variant so the bundled steering control i didn't use.

U should buy the plug and play cable to avoid cutting wire which i didn't, if any problem with your car wiring maybe the proton wont cover under warranty.

Suggest use the 6.5 inch 3 way speaker also for the front if want to change the ori speaker ( the oem blaupunkt magnet are so small), the door panel space so limited, is hard to proper fix in the passive crossover if install component set speaker.

Hi guys, I have just changed my rim. 15x 6.5J. I do feel the car don't have smaller 'feet' meanwhile don't scream 'racing theme'.
Feel free to bash my bad taste. [attachmentid=9648783]

Just did 30k service at puchong jaya branch yesterday, Only managed to recorded 24k km @18 months. Changed oil, fuel filter, spark plug, coolant.. fees rm400++, luckily is free.
Cvt car summore got hill assist, vsc the car wont be sporty like manual car no matter how u tuned la...treat the pickup delay as safety features lo...my previous zero delay persona se always tend to bang pondok, divider 1, but my new persona touch wood still free from bumper scratches after driving for 1 1/2 years.
Ya the silverstone tyre so so but if u bawak biasa ok jer...yg tak ok tu is when after 2 years the tire wear ady then no choice must change. So if tyre still new dun waste money la tukar so fast, unless u r rich la dun mind to spend rm1000 to change better tyre mentah mentah. Race type tyre like ps3 or re03 of coz better handling grip but they will wear even faster. I will change all 4 to 195 55 r15 cc6 when my silverstone rosak but now still ok never skid before, just maybe im old man la driving slow not fast & furious as u guys youngster...

Well, the car is connected to the ground through 4 tires. If the tires not gripping the ground, all sorts of active safety not going to help you. when things go wrong, you can only trust airbag and hpf. The repair cost could easily be even more expensive.

I dun mind spending more on tires regardless they wear out fast or not because i don't throw corners and i don't drive a lot. All my tires except goodyear duraplus is changed because reach 4 yrs lifespan before i ran out of threadmarks (including michelin xm2).

During my days with silverstone, my car skidded on plenty occasion. When driving under rain, when braking and etc. Doesn't even have to be heavy rain, as long as the floor is wet, and you are not braking gradually, the tires will lockup.

Had enough of these and i told myself, highest priority investment in car, will always be a good set of tires. Other things, i can live with. Malaysia is constantly raining so wet grip in tires is important, something that silverstone is severely lacking in. It's not the high speed corner performance that i seek, but ability to brake in any condition (dry or wet) in case of emergencies.

True oso, guess silvertone got bad reputation for u. Im ok with it becoz I got a manual kelisa using cheap silverstone powerbliz all the while after changing from easy "pregnant" oem dunlop.

Unstandabled, I had brands that I will avoid too due to bad experiences :
1.dunlop: easy side bengkak
2.falken: pancit into bad shape at middle of the road.

Agreed that tyre are not something to jimat as safety come first . Hopefully proton can give at least conti or goodyear in the future for buyer confidence.
