Just booked a Standard CVT version, can't wait to get the car

By the way, I got a 1k discount from Proton loyalty program and an additional RM 800 cash rebate from the sales agent. Together with the 5 year free service, the package is indeed very attractive~

According to my sales agent it is within 2 weeks for my STD variant. But that also depends on the color. My one is graphite grey.

Driving Standard CVT graphite grey for 2 weeks. Everything is good except:

1) sometimes aircond got kluk kluk sound when switched on during start up
2) fuel lid is slightly distorted
3) wiper nozzle sprays water in the middle of windscreen. Shouldn't it be higher like upper middle part?

Bdw, I don't see any USB port in my car (except on the radio). Is it true also for all STD variants?

Standard variant doesn't have extra USB, only on radio. Executive and premium have those feature. Whats regret thing buying standard is foldable seat, I really wish I have this feature, when going out door bringing my mountain bike is such a hassle  cry.gif

To me the foldable seat is not really that important. But to protect the car luggage trunk, I bought a luggage tray online.
The original boot in STD variant has no plastic floor mat, which can get dirty very easily.

Need your attention please...

Went for first service today. The agent told me that 5 years free service Will ONLY COVER for 3 times free labour!!
Meaning that we still have to pay for labour charge for the subsequent services. Parts and lubricants will be free over the 5 years period though. (I opted for 5 year free service instead of getting RM 1500 rebate)

Anyone has any info on this? If it is true, Proton is clearly committing a fraud...

CVT? Consider good FC, average 1 bar = 5x km.
*
1 bar = 5x km = good fc?
From meter, full tank = 7 bars = 40 liter of fuel
If 1 bar = 5x km, then 7 bars = 350-400 km,
which is only 8.75-10 km/l.
That is very bad fc.
I have driven CVT standard for around 4 months (~7000 km).
Calculated manually, my fc is around 12+km/l for city drive and 14km/l for highway.
But I drive steady bdw, no full oil pedal, accelerate gradually most of the time cool2.gif
