Any of u face petrol dripping from under carriage?

Just noticed my 2 mth old persona is leaking petrol underneath. Location is about rear right, just beside wheel. Can see petrol on floor, can't determine exact leakage, need go to SC check tomorrow.

Now, really regret getting a car with so many quality problem.

Only today do I know that this a Premium-exclusive feature!

Also note that only Premium seats have back-pocket. Can anyone confirm?

For me, if can afford go Premium all the way. Some features are just not something aftermarket can simply implement, case in point is the additional airbag and keyless system.

Compare with Bezza, which car is more reliable and value for money? Appreciate comments from users before I commit myself with Pesona Premium spec.

My concern is I don't hear any slow beep when I shift to Gear R.

nope mine is premium, wheels spec 15x6j.. meanwhile new premium will be using 15x6.5j (same as iriz 1.6)

Hi, may I know all ratting sounds can solve totally at SC?

Just realized the side mirror when adjust. Driver side cannot adjust far up compared to passenger side. Only me or everyone's the same?

I wonder why some owners manage to get 14 to 15 or even 16 km per liter but not for me. Based on my manual calculation,  my 3 months plus old (clocked at 6100+km) Persona standard cvt only manage to get 12+km per liter.  The fc show on the multi info display is not accurate at all. It show 7.2 liter/100km which equivalent to 13.89 km/liter. My method to calculate is refuel until the nozzle stop, drive and refuel again until the nozzle stop. When I tell my friends my fc, they thought I'm driving a D segment car. LoL

Just got my Black Persona Premium for a week now and I sent it for 1k service at Section 25, Shah Alam just now. So far so good.

Plus points:
- Handling: New Persona > Myvi
- The bass from sound system is nice
- 5 year free service
- no rattling issues so far

Minus points:
- I'm quite dissapointed as I was expecting to get the new Adayo HU as I receive the car on 31st Aug. However, they gave me the old Android HU instead. It is laggy, takes quite a few minutes to initiate after i started my engine before I can listen to my radio, bluetooth playback not clear, the touchscreen is not responsive as I have to press harder with my finger. Sometimes music playback from USB buffers. Is there by any means I can change my current HU to the new one with mirrorlink? The SA told me this old HU is better than the new Adayo HU but it doesn't seem like it.
- Sometimes there's this "kronk kronk" sound whenever I turn on the aircond
- Back seat cannot support my neck as I'm about 178cm tall. However not a major issue as I always sit on the driver seat.
- Front and rear sensor not that reliable. Luckily got reverse cam.
- Proton should give at least 16' as stock sport rims. Seems like the tyre and body is not well proportioned.

But above all, I think it is a good buy. I believe Proton is heading to the right path with this Persona.

Speed matters. In theory, kinetic energy  = 0.5 x mass x velocity x velocity ,  so the speed is the deciding factor, not the weight or size.

Most people thought getting NCAP safety 5-star rating means it's a safe car to drive at hight speed. But they didn't know the fact that both Euro and ASEAN NCAP only use 64 km/h in their front collision crash test on a "static" wall. It doesn't apply on a head-on collision like this (unless both were driven at a slow speed of 30 km/h, which were unlikely).

COSE stand for PROTON Centre Of Service Excellence located at Subang Jaya. There have showroom and car sales, service centre, body paint facility and many more. IMO it one of largest Proton branch after Glenmarie and Mutiara Damansara. I went there to claim warranty for rattling dashboard and wind noise issue bcos nearby smaller SC unable to do it. Mine standard CVT and now at 1150km use for 3 weeks. No major problem yet till now just rattling dashboard which is already fix after 1st service with new IP kit installed The only thing quite annoying is wind noise, seem can't be fix. If not mistaken SC replaced doors rubber seal but after replaced it the doors sound harder when close, before this the door sound smooth and remind me most premium car door sound when close. I suggest pick the premium variant if got some extra money bcos it worth with additional airbags, leather seat, new HU, Push Start button, Keyless entry, front fog lamp, auto folding mirror, Rear Seat 60:40 Split, and just now someone in Proton Persona VVT Comunity(Malaysia) fb page got new rim for premium variant which look like Iriz but one tone only. Me regret little bit after bought standard but after think again if choose premium later can't afford it. Overall statisfied with my purchase for now. Hope no major issue in future.

My wife's car started to develop rattle at the meter cluster area. This car is fairly new, has not even go for the first service yet.

Has anyone got the rattle in the dashboard fixed by SC? Is it going to be permanent or we just have to live with it? This unit should have the noise kit fixed already 

Noise insulation is fairly good, but I found out that there are humming / booming noise when I drive at certain speed and also when going over those yellow line small speed bumps.

What?? Only 50km already have rattling sound?? Wtf!

Proton still have very bad interior fitting on latest Proton Persona and Iriz
