A SERIOUS QUESTION.

I would like to have the members opinion regarding the dilemma I'm facing now.

I'm currently owning 2014 Toyota Altis 1.8G (no monthly commitment).

What do you say, is it a wise choice, if I let go of Altis, and get myself a 2017 Proton Persona Premium?

Safety wise, Persona tops Altis at reasonable price.

1.6L is enough for me. Main reason being is that I feel like paying more for things that i don't need.

So, enlighten me with your thoughts regarding my Dilemma.

Thanks 😊

Change from 3 years old Altis to Persona just for safety? Quite non sense if you ask me. How do you know persona is safer? Because of the safety rating? If yes Persona even safer than Camry, but do you believe it?

As what i mentioned, main reason being was that i feel I'm paying for things that i don't need.

Meaning I'm downgrading. Safety features on persona were just equipments that "WOWS" me on reasonable price. Rm119k don't have it, but rm46k has it.

2014? Keep it.

Thanks for your thoughts.

I'm hoping to minimise the cost of vehicle ownership in long run.

I think he means new persona got esc with traction ctrl. Altis 1.8 2014 no esc.
If you experienced car pusingpusing while driving in the rain before, then you will really appreciate this esc stuff.

I did actually experience the pusingpusing before with altis(hydroplaning). Thankfully not to severe and no accident.

One of the reason as well contributed to this dilemma.

If for me I won't go make myself to debts the bank again and go back to repaying the loan life since I have 2014 altis already.

No points to go get Persona and trade in ur altis, not worth at all. unless u are driving 2006 vios then u might can consider.

biggrin.gif just my 2 cents.

The car don't have loan anymore, so if i were to sell of altis and get persona, i will have the new car and extra cash as well 😀

U r right bro,, definitely new persona are really better then altis if compare spec to spec ...

Even u r right saying that now are paying thing u don't needed ..
But u r not just recently using Toyota altis not more then 3 years ...

So I think u should keep the altis  or brought another new persona as 2nd car ...

I'm assuming your Toyota altis is have outstanding balance at bank ?

Thanks for your thoughts.

For me, 2nd car is not necessary at the moment.

And the altis is fully paid. So if i were to sell of this car and get persona, i would get the new car + extra cash as well.
