Surface rust, looks like your car has been left in the rain judging by the droplets on the tires.

Drive around for a bit and most of it will be gone. It is quite normal.

It's probably the brake/shift interlock switch. Assuming nothing wrong happens when driving and brake lights are on when you press the brake pedal then it's likely a minor problem.

New HU but old rim means it was produced prior to October 2017, around June-September. So yours is not super old stock but very sketchy of your SA to sell you what appears to be a showroom car without asking for one.

You can file a complaint to ICare but for now just give the car a drive around. If there isn't any other problem with the car other than scratches then reserve it until the 1000km service.

Recently I'm seeing varying tyre types. First Silverstone and then Goodyear Assurance from several different cars made around the same time. So it's a coin toss as to what tyres you'll get on your Persona.

Clearing stocks is the only thing I could think of as the reason why they're doing it.

Door rattling isn't as common as dashboard rattle and has to be settled at the SC, something like a piece of plastic or wiring is moving inside the panel causing that noise.

As for back seats, that one can be DIY fixed by wrapping the seat latches with single sided foam tape. People on the Saga VVT thread has suggested this idea in case it happens at the rear seat area and it seems like it works for a quick solution.

I don't know if the "Brand New Persona" will be completely brand new. 1 year to develop a model from the ground up is insufficient, need at least 2 years including R&D even if they use the same platform.

Most that they'll do is swap the powertrain, give it a bumper redesign and add in new features. Wait until 2021 when the new Iriz comes out then an all new Persona will follow.
