Grab was very strong at one time. Driver and passenger both also changed to using Grab only. Look like they will kill the competition like what happen to Uber in China.

But then everything collapse. Greedy Grab instead got complacent. Did not take care of drivers welfare. Drivers switching back to Uber now because earning is more or less the same.

Uber fare is now fixed. Upfront fare. In case your driver took you a longer route resulting in different fare, just submit review and get back the upfront pricing.
