Thanks for this information. I have never thought that a simple code can have such a history. And do I understand correctly that there were no changes for the last 10 years? It means 818 area code in action is for a long time. What about the new areas of the cities? They must be given some new codes I believe. Or it is an additional digit added after the main code. I have to read more about it.
