 Cant use telephone

I have been using MaxisFibre almost 1 month already. 2 weeks ago already make report to maxis centre but they dont know how(wtf). Today i call maxis hotline then they say need to use rj11 cable insert to router and phone but i can only hear beep sound when try to use it. I check telephone setting(picture) both registered and call status are in gray colour instead of green. Why no "Maxpert" come and fix this??

already pm both of them and the problem got fix(i can call other number) but after 5-10 minutes it happen again. So weird. I call maxis hotline they say my number still not active(almost 1 month already use) but how can i use it before. Now they didnt reply to me yet. Im pushing because use 1 month already and they will just open new case everytime................................
new user but idk what to say...
wheres the maxpert guy??

if i want to terminate maxis will i get penalty? cant use telephone for 3 weeks maybe it is unfixable. new user. 1st impression sooooo bad.

I thought all broadband came with contract and termination penalty. Instead file a complain with MCMC. Then they will get to work.

i think will get penalty if the service is good(no problem) but still the customer want to terminate while still in contract then he will get penalty. but mine not working at all since the first day. bangwall.gif

Problem solved. Maxis contract tech come and replace router/modem with new one. AFTER 3 WEEKS!!!!

that's why ppl recoomend unifi over maxis
