Heard the road bully was fined a small amount.
Definitely not enough. I hope people will start honking when they see his car just to piss him off. Should make his name well known too. So his employers and friends know it's him. |

If everyone has a dashboard cam.
I doubt there will be any major road rage. Coz anyone who does that will be hunted down and put to jail. Can also justify any defensive driving to get away. |
