RM1k is hardly enough for a decent drumkit, so I suggest that you save up instead. For me, I think it's important for drummers to go for a decent sounding drumkit (If they're getting one, that is.). No point getting it in a hurry and then end up with a cheap pair of crappy cymbals. As drums rely heavily on dynamics (How hard you hit, where you hit etc...), you can't really tell much tonal difference with a bad-sounding kit.
