Some random user went to check my IP. For reasons unknown to me my IP according to him is the same as :

As I don't really want to coz problem for the above user. Is there a logical answer as to why my IP and drifter IP is the same?

And NO, I am not his alternate account!!!

Relax.

Some random user cannot check your IP. Only members of the management team can.

Your account does not have the same IP as Drifter, however, we have reason to believe your account is a duplicate account of Duke Beard. Care to explain?

I think I got an answer. I just recently joined this organisation. (Better not say which, right! Hahaha!)

I was given this guy's place and computer. The guy has moved to another place.

IT Dept has yet to hook him up to the server (some technical problem I guess...I'm a complete newbie when it comes to IT...)

Actually, I can give you a suggestion.
Check it in your router/modem/gateway settings.
The public IP you are getting probably is the IP shown here.

i think it mean this guy oso work in the same company as you...thus u 2 sharing the same ip...
