I just left citigroup on this year May, 2017. When u first join the company, the salary package if compare to others company especially you are fresh graduate are higher and better. However, the working culture in Citigroup are not propose work life balance. So please be prepared to work more than 12 hours for everyday without OT claim. But somehow, you will entitled for meal allowance for RM30 if you work OT for more than 3 hours. In terms of increment or bonus wise, Citigroup was the lowest increment and bonus I've seen among the banking sector that I was working previously.

But if you wish to transfer internally, it depend on your manager. basically most of the manager inside Citi are not allowed their staff to transfer to other departments unless they doesn't like you to stay in their department.

My advise for you is not to work so long period in Citi if you chase for work life balance. Cause Citi really never sleep
