Company wise, Citigroup aka Citibank (different management team, but under same umbrella) I would say is a good company which the management really care about the voice of staff, it doesn't matter if you are fresh or experience staff, all concerns is taking consideration, they really care about the work-life balance, organizing quite a lot outside working hour activities, and sometimes during working hour, I would recommend for the company.
Job wise - AML is a broad knowledge and keep updating, work are expected to be quite stress or challenging as every decision you made is important for prevention of AML risk, the company have another department checking on your work, if found you make a wrong decision, it does harm your performance. But the company have given sufficient training to new staff, and on going training for all staff. You just need to have an open mind, don't afraid to ask attitude, you could prevent from these. Also, they supporting many countries, different country workload might be different, and different culture (different people). Some country oftenly working OT (means still working after 6pm) is unavoidable due to workload + manpower concern, but your hardwork / dedication to stay back will fairly reward during performance review (some manager does). Pay wise, I would say comparing in the same field in the industry are quite good (the best or not I have no idea), no comment on bonus as I not sure what other getting (P&C not allow to share with friend), but I will say don't expect much.
