Recently talked to a colleague who used to work in Citi. She said the work environment was stressful for AML role but it's nowhere near as stressful as working in banking contact centres. Basic pay for fresh grads with Bachelors minimum is somewhere in the Rm3000 range. With experience can be higher. Regular work hours 8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm. Weekends + PH off.
