A bit far too for me at least on weekdays. I live in Kelana Jaya and go to Karonna's Gym above Syed, it's RM6 per entry and not too crowded.

I've tried Body Factory a few times when I wanted to squeeze in a work out past 12am. Good facilities for sure.

If I have more time I will check out these other gyms for sure. I didn't realise there were so many with really low walk-in rates.

As long as they have squat rack, everything is tolerate-able. The gym I go is in bad condition but happening at 1am. Cheap with RM50 a month. Apa lagi saya mau? Just work the basic and with whatever you have. Go go go.

Couldn't agree more. A gym with all the mumbo jumbo machines but without any power /squat rack is useless IMO.

wow, most of these aren't too shabby for budget gyms! the gym that i frequent to isn't exactly cheap and it's quite small but it's walking distance from my house and i already feel attached to it since i already know most of the guys working out there.

Shah Alam has shitty sections placing. I don't know what section is that but there is a hospital there, but not KPMC. On Jalan Nelayan. The gym is on top of Nasi Kanda Jalan Day, which is closed I don't know for reno or permanently out of business.

#Puchonggot. 7 days fitness. RM 10.60 per entry. Buy 9 free 3. Near the Zest building got. I have not been there before so I don't know. There is another one opened recently just opposite that. I don't know if that is walk in.

Enrich Fitness Kepong isn't too bad. RM 5 per entry and RM 76 monthly. It can get quite crowded though and it only has one power rack.

The Outlaw and QLS Fitness are great, they have equipment that not many gym in Malaysia have... Bumper plates, dedicated deadlift platforms, calibrated plates (not cheap!), and powerlifting and strongman equipment.

I wish I could workout there, but it's too far away for me.
