New MacBook Pro TB Newbie, Advise Needed

Hi, I'm going to get my very first MacBook Pro TB 2016 this coming Friday. Need advice from all pro as this my very first Apple laptop but I'm iPhone and iPad user for quite sometime.
1) what need to check when purchase?
2 USB c to USB. Which adaptor recommend? Saw some cheap one from lazada is it realizable? Basic connect my 2 thumb drive and wireless mouse.
3)Is antivirus recommend for Mac user?
4) what software is good and a must for Mac user?
5)Any other advice?

so far 3days usages I just love using it๐. Still learning from youtube video and read review suggestion for all the useful apps.
Why when I use fingers to feel the surface of it , I feel like there a vibration when the notebook is charging.
