Is apple's warranty international? Can i use the charger of the MBP that I buy in Malaysia when staying in the US?

MBP 13 inches with touchbar, 3.1ghz i5 + 8gb ram + iris plus 650 vs MBP 15 inches with touchbar, 2.8ghz i7 + 16gb ram + radeon pro 650, which one of them is more suitable for dota 2 and normal office work?

Thabk you in advance

because i use a mbp 13 2016 with no touch bar(base model) and still manage dota2 and do normal office work.

graphics need to tune lower for all gaming. nearly running on low settings.

having said that, macs are really not for gaming.. if ur like me just do VERY light gaming on the MBP then its fine. but if wan more hardcore abit. i suggest u get a windows laptop. be it Acer, Asus, MSI or Dell they are much better and cheaper.

Last time I am using the Intel Core-M 12 inch MacBook for Dota 2, but graphic need reduce to 50%.

Then now using 13 inch Touch Bar MacBook Pro, graphic can use 100%, no problem biggrin.gif

When playing dota 2 with 100% graphics, will your macbook become very hot? Or it will be better if you play in an aircon room?

Own my experience, it is not very hot, I would say only warm. Previously I also got 15 inch MBP 2011/2012, that one is really HOT.

But for my new TB MBP 13 inch, it is just slightly warm, no issue at all. (I play at my living room , no air-con)

That's very nice to know. Once i used my 2015 13' macbook pro for dota, i forget what graphic level i put. It was very hot. And I am really not used to play dota with macbook's keyboard.

Guess I need to buy an external keyboard and try to play dota again with my macbook. LOL.

AFAIK, only iphone, ipad, apple tv tak ada international warranty.

You can charge you macbook but of course travel adapter is required.

size between 13 or 15 is not important....
the capacity of drive is main consideration and your budget..
if you can go with 15" 512GB, then of cos 15" will be good...
if not, better go with 13" 512GB as 256GB is not going to enough ...

can survive or not is totally different story. If u need to do so many things conseously to make yourself surviving with it, it already means that it is not enough for u.

enough vs you force yourself to feel enough is totally different things.

it is the same as eating one bowl of rice make you feel full ans satisfied. Eating half bowl rice won't kill you but you are certainly in a not comfortable state.

If Budget is not a constraint and one needs the 512gb, I dun see a reason of not getting it.

In the end, budget is then the factor decide whether need or no need for most ppl.
it is it need or not, but can afford or not instead.
