Hi guys, I already bought the aerial yoga hammock from my teacher & wish to install at my house (apartment). Last weekend my repair man who used to help me install my house fans & etc stuffs at home who like to help me install my hammock. But he cames & said worried my hammock screw (roughly 3 inch) are too long to install to the ceiling, worried it will affect top floor tiles. Any experts can help me double confirm is that safe to install? Tried to called my management ask about my apartment information but no one answer.

You don't have to fit in all 3 inch, as long as anchors as fulling inserted as photos.
If you are worried about the weight, you can consider hanging it with two hooks ("U shape") instead of one ("O" Shape). Hope that helps (although replying 9 months later)
