1) Suv (High view, I need it!! mostly will face traffic jam while otw to work, so having a high view gives better sight.)
2) Budget 70-100k
3) Able to last for next 10 years(RV is fine with me as I don't plan to change car once i own it)
4) HRV also is part in my bucket list, but I think that the view is not as high as ecosport(correct me if I am wrong).

As a Ford owner I too do not really recommend it unless you don't care much about performance. The only good thing, I think, going for this car is the price. An ex-colleague bought the Ecosport mainly for the low price as he basically is not into cars. All that's important to him is cheap and tall(SUV). The other Ecosport main selling point apart from the price is the capability of wading through high flood water, up to 500 or 600 mm if I am not mistaken. Since the demand for the car is low, perhaps higher discount more than RM10k is possible...
