Need to know, because right now I am favouring Jayacom (IOI City) just for its location (I don't have to drive 30km to send my precious parts back home to self assemble).

However, a quick google search on Jayacom brings up the "Don't buy from Jayacom" thread from 2012. Latest post is 2015, but maybe that's too old. So what is your opinion in 2017?

I got no issue dealing with C-Zone Low Yat for aftersales service. Never tried Jayacom because none of the items I bought from them are defective, yet.

i have two experiences dealing with Jayacom.

Once after two years my 2TB WD harddisk fail on me..deal with the warranty at Jayacom Alam Sentral even though I bought it at LY. No issues, lost the receipt but they can still trace the purchase record..replaced with a new HD after about three weeks warranty claim.

The other experience, bought a motherboard that turns out to be a lemon, went to Jayacom two day later and got it replaced 1 to 1 on site

Overall the service is good

recently bought a gskill ram from c-zone, their price rm50 more than jayacom... only if i compare more shops earlier i wont buy overprice frm them... doh.gif

even topmaid told me ive bought overprice...

so if pricing im in favor of jayacom, but aftersales services im not sure, most of my stuff bought frm viewnet lowyat, their aftersales is superb. even after around 2 months usage, they willing to let me change the cpu, change from 7700 to a 6800k thumbsup.gif

jayacom is good. I bought stuffs from jayacom and are cheaper than places like thundermatch and c-zone.

Tried purchase parts from Jayacom & C-zone long time ago... The warranty services on both shops are OK. Never encounter frustrations before.

Recently bought many parts to build myself a new pc, I notice jayacom gave the best price, even better than czone, ideal tech & lingloong. not sure about after sales services, as i have not met with any problems with my pc parts so far.
