don't ask tm about unifi lite. their staff is full of brainless people who know nuts. instead go ask one of the agents listed on the first page of this thread. the agents know more then those morons at tm.

I am same like you. I have been using streamyx since 2007 from 1MB to 4MB. Now I am using Unifi Lite which was finally installed last Sunday, after 2 failed attempts to install the service. First time installer came to my house, he found out there were no free ports for me. Second time when a port was free for me, installer discovered some moron blocked the DP pathway with cement. After TM workers cleared the cement then I finally got my Unifi Lite installed.

Now I am finally free from the low speed & high price of streamyx.

This is my Unifi Lite speed test. Ping is zero....

i thought dlink dir-850L is better then tp-link archer 1200?

i also got tp-link archer 1200. at first when i use it with my pc & ps4, there were no problems but when i tried it with my android phone, i found out that it was slow & a speed test revealed that the upload speed was zero.

i had to modify some settings on the router to get it to work properly with my android phone. now the router works perfectly with all my devices.

because he's a freaking pirate. that's why he bothered to ask that question. he wanna pirate every movie & tv show out there like he doesn't have a life.

he's afraid that a data cap will put a stop to all his pirating.

the router that you will get is from the TM installer & that moron reseller won't have any idea what router you will get because TM will assign a random installer to come to your house for installation. depending on your luck, you will get TP-link C1200 or D-Link or some other router.

i know because i asked my installer why TM give me C1200 router & he said the router is supplied to them by TM.

An agent here already said the new RM139 30mb package is for new subscribers only.

You can try your luck with tmpoint & see if they allow you to upgrade or not.

If any agent can upgrade my Lite to 30MB RM139, I will sure sign up for it but it looks like we cannot upgrade.

really?! now i lost interest in 30MB package because i don't feel like paying RM199 after 2 years when bonanza contract expires.

of course TIME is better. If I can get TIME, I would rather pay rm149 for 100MB instead of rm139 for 30MB with bullshit 2 year discount price.

right now, i don't even want to care about this so called bonaza offer. i will just wait for them to auto upgrade my speed in the future.

That's why I am ignoring this bonanza nonsense. It's obvious they are baiting existing Unifi Lite customers with this crap like they are afraid MyRepublic is going to come here soon & steal away all their customers.

My agent also told me the same thing. He said if you are new user then you should sign up for this bonanza package but if you are an existing unifi lite user, then it's better to wait for free upgrade coming next year.

because i don't want to renew the stupid contract. btw, my unifi lite got turbo yesterday.

i downloaded destiny 2 (70GB) on my ps4 & the download only took 1 hour to finish compared to my old 10MB speed which took 10 hours to complete.

so now, i can say goodbye to buying games from conman shops & save my time & money buying digital games instead.

there is no more 10mbs unifi lite plan already.

now tm is promoting unifi 100mbs (rm129) & unifi basic 30mbs (rm79).

if you are under SUBB, then you can only apply for unifi basic 30mbs.
