The Shah Alam TM Point called me on Monday telling me that they still can't process my application as the Bonanza campaign is still not in the system for existing subscribers

Here were my journey after Nov 15 TM point visit. End result.. Got the upgrade from 10mbps to 30mbps
Nov 15 --> went to TM Point. Get Thumbprint but counter say system did not show. need to wait next week. She will process mine after 21st Nov
Nov 22 --> SMS from TM --> Modify order number given. Stated 27th Nov is the install date
Nov 26 --> SMS from TM --> notice on when installer will come . (9:30 to 12:30noon)
Nov 27 --> installer come at 5pm with hypptv box and help to configure.
Good and bad.
- HyppTV box need cable wired for unifi. i managed to setup the box by moving my TV to next to the modem. But need to buy Homeplug to use it in my living room. (any one have any suggestion here?)
- HyPPTV only have iflix.. and tested iflix no issue.
- Installer need to call TM to increase from 10mbps to 30mbps. Waited till 8pm before that happen.
Bottom line.. can be done.. just have to insists.
Anyone have any solution on using wifi for the hypptv box.. do let me know.
