Uhm hi.
So I've been using Streamyx 1mbps package. Checked with TM CS, my place is eligible for Unifi Lite (finally)
But the problem is, I've been paying only rm60 monthly (got rm50 rebate since i don't remember when, reflected in the monthly bill) out of rm110, so if I opt for Unifi upgrade, will the rm50 rebate still be credited into my account?
Anyone with similar experience?

Upload speed is pathetic. Can't reach 1Mbps.
Download is fine, at 12Mbps.

My connection keep dropping since the last 2-3 days, need to ask TM CS to reset port all again then it will work for a moment, then no connection again. Sometimes it will work for hours then no connection again. Sucks.
Any solution? I'm using stock Netis router/modem. Unifi lite 10mbps
Phone line works btw
