I just subscribed for unifi lite 10mbps @ 129. Given the ZTE ZXHN H267A vdsl modem+router.

Kinda sucks. Problem is, how do I change it? Can I buy a router and and connect to it and just disable the router function?

connection is not stable with this ZTE modem+router. Keep getting page not found.

went to tmpoint pandan indah. wanted to upgrade my unifi lite rm129 which i just subscribed last month to the bonanza 139.

At first they confidently told me can.

But when he tried to click on the system, he told me it is missing.

So they asked me to fill in the form and took thumbprint and say they will do it later once it is back in system.

Looks like HQ might have withdrawn it.

Meanwhile, my old account was terminated on 09/10. But in latest bill, they still charged up to 19/10.

When enquired, staff also could not answer me and told me on system termination completed on 19/10. Daylight robbery lah these guys.

I believe they will be slashing prices as early as first quarter of 2018. Those that got upgraded now might regret.

Im paying rm139 also. Dont bother about std20 as i dont use the house phone at all. Happy that i got jumbo and ruby. More relevant for me.

Does not really matter perpetual or not. In 2 years time definitely cheaper packages. If u follow jibbys budget speech for 2017.. Supposed to be half the price for 2018.

Maybe that is why tm got all these promo to tie u down for 2 years before 2018 price reduction.

Anyone in ampang? Before the breakdown i could get full speeds but now only about 7 to 8 mbps.

Unifi in Ampang is still not fully functioning:-

(1) am getting around 8mbps only instead of 30mbps;
(2) when i am using hypptv, internet light turns red and cant browse anything.
