Guys, is it normal to get more than your subscribed speed or is it just an introductory gimmick for new subscriber, then they take away my happiness sometime later?

Taman Perling, JB area. Not sure how many people subscribes though I saw standard Unifi SSID at almost every floor at my apartment.
I don't expect it'll last long anyway, but might as well enjoy it for till it ends. |

Hi guys. My internet is down since last Sunday. I turned it on after balik from kampung, then the red light came out. Called TM and they said someone will come lah tomorrow (Monday), then I followed up later during the day, smae answer until yesterday. Still waiting tho. Any one faced with similiar problem as well? No connectivity issue.
This is no the first time TM bailed out on me ah. First time was when I tried to install Maxis Home fibre, me and the maxis tech waited for 3 hours, only to later got call from Unifi tech saying they don't want to come. Any idea if I can cancel my subscription? It's not even a month yet and they are giving me problems. |
