I m on unifi lite edu pack
Earlier when check thru their website, upgrade eligible but will only happen in jan 2019

Last night receive email got turbocharged and upgrade to begin august 15th

Now confuse when will upgrade speed start for me. Anyone with similar case?

RM99 package for ipta students which you can also subscribe if you are one. It's actually unified lite @ 10 mbps but given discount to ipta students who apply. I don't see why TM should discriminate this category by not giving the upgrade in speed.

Ok. I guess this could mean my upgrade will only happen in jan 2019 onwards based on my earlier check in TM website. 😅

Which package are you on? Ftth or VDSL?

Are you on ftth? If on FTTH and landed homes, I would say 99% you'll get turbo

If TM upgrade us now, those on 30, 50 and 100mbps will surely complain. 😂

No free bro. I'm paying for my unifi lite. Just that I'm saying if we lite users get the turbo before the others, then I'm pretty sure there will be a lot of higher speed users complaining here.

How come new customer apply rm129 100mbps can get the turbo speed immediately while existing customer have to wait until next year? 😠

I'm on Unifi lite edu plan at rm99 wt std 20 and playtv. Is not benefit if change to rm129/100 mbps now. Rather TM should give us turbo at 100 mbps now if they can give new users immediately after they register.

Hope this is nationwide turbo to all existing users who have yet to receive their turbo.

Initially you want to downgrade to what speed? Officially TM only has 30mbps @ rm79 to offer.
Are you out of contract that's why TM open to you 50mbps @ rm99?
For the Hypp TV basic, what's the difference with A/R/V package? During your unifi lite, did you subscribe with STB box or just having playtv on mobile?
Lastly, which TM point you go?

Most of us under unifi lite got playtv wt jumbo lite and later can change to A/R/V package. So in your case, your new STB box with hypp tv basic what channels can watch?
Is your rm99 include hypp tv basic wt STB?

Agreed. I'll wait for turbo upgrade to 100mbps. My package currently 10mbps+ruby+std20 @ rm99.

Std20 useful if you have house alarm connected to tel line.

May I know previously what package you were on before turbo-ed?
