I want to ask all the experts here about TM Rewards. Previously I was using Streamyx & registered it with TM Rewards. Now I am using Unifi Lite & Streamyx account already cancelled, do I have to register with TM rewards again?

I just received my final streamyx bill and the amont is RM-138.20

i thought i have to pay tm one last time for using streamyx but instead they are paying me for cancelling the service.

it's like they are giving me 1 month free unifi service for cancelling streamyx.

So all Unifi Lite customers get free upgrade or is it just you?

i don't know why you say tm force you to cancel streamyx but for me i am happy to upgrade to unifi because streamyx is so damn slow until almost everything is like cacat one. stream youtube blur, stream netflix or amazon cannot get 1080p & download files slow like shit.

you go to tmpoint for what? they know nothing. you should ask one of the agents about unifi lite. they know a great deal more then those pencil pushing clowns at tmpoint.

i got the same problem like you. i solved it by changing MTU in router to 1492.

works for me. i found out the reason why my android phone get zero upload speed is because of mtu. when i was using streamyx, the mtu on my old dlink router was 1500. when i upgraded to unifi lite, i found out the mtu setting on my tp link router was set to 1480. i tried to set it to 1500 but the tp link ac1200 router can only accept max mtu setting only up to 1492. so i set it to that and it fixed the zero upload speed.

i am glad it also worked for you. i spent a lot of time researching for the solution to this problem until i found out for myself that setting the MTU to 1492 will solve the zero upload speeds on android phones.

if i am not mistaken all android phones MTU setting is 1500 by default & you can't change it unless you root the phone. so when tp link c1200 MTU is set to 1480, the data cannot get through & that's probably why the upload speed is zero.

I have not yet received my first unifi lite bill & TM already send me a sms saying my credit limit has reached 90%.

what stupidity is this?
