No, i didn't ask for re-wiring, it just that Telekom come check confirm it;s wiring problem.
Then he say will send Installer to do outside wiring first, if still can't then it's our internal wiring, that's y they charge Rm350 for it.

My questions is do Fiber wiring spoilt so fast? There is not mouse bite, cut nor even bend at all, that's my questions?

U know some Taman residential area a lot of their DP (got 8ports max can be installed per Distribution Port) which is mostly unoccupied? TM hurry bcos they want earn money for what they had distributed out installed on the tiang in most landed area.
For me i think not worth enjoy adding RM10 just for 24 months. U calculate the money u need to pay more later on in the rest of your life if u could only choose TM to continue their contract...

u can change package but cannot downgrade even if not under contract
example, now 10mbps, can change to 30mbps or 50mbps. cannot change to 5mbps
was told by tm staff few months back..

My hypptv package originally was aneka pack but I change it once to jumbo lite...

After upgrade, only jumbo pack is given to me...

Maybe because jumbo pack contains all jumbo lite channel, jumbo pack just add some extra channels most notably sports channels...

Dunno if I maintained aneka previously maybe my upgrade would be aneka + jumbo pack or not...

Coz u did get to retain ruby + jumbo pack rite?

just register for rm 139 for 30mbps was told it was come with unifi jumbo pack instead of lite pack?
