Sorry if this had been asked, helping my brother to gather more info here...

[1] Unifi Lite plan, RM149 per month inclusive of HyppTV basic pack so we can choose from either Aneka, Warnam, Ruby, Jumbo Lite, Sports?

[2] Am I correct this RM149 will be billed as RM119 (Unifi) + RM30 (HyppTV) + GST?

[3] For those who not need their "Voice Pack 20" (no 600 minutes free call), can have additional RM20 off the bill?

[4] FAQ (No.38) stated Unifi Lite will no have a HyppTV STB, any outside solution if we need a STB to watch HyppTV on TV?

Sir, are you on unite lite rm129 or 149/mth ?

Are you using the tp link AC1200 router given by unifi? If yes... potentially is router issue... I was one of the victim getting almost 0 upload speed...

how you surf websites if only can receive data and doesn't send data out? very curious. got try changing dns server? or got check whether your firewall on your router and windows blocking port? got test using another router?

Try to change you wifi channel setting in router I have the same issue earlier download app Wi-Fi analysis to see are you cross signal with you neighbors or not. Try using only 5ghz Wi-Fi only if possible.

If both are on same channel you upload or download very unstable

Some websites and app doesn't work...

Example... soccernet... lowyat forum cannot post (can only view and read and Mudah app also cannot post and upload...

The 0 upload speed happens only only selected speedtest server and not all... so I believe that is why I may be able to use at some website but not other website...

By the way.. the above issue happens only on android smartphone.. forgot to mention this... desktop and laptop and Apple iPad all works fine...

Btw: my problem acknowledged by tm technician also but after a few times raise ticket and have them come to my home to see the problem themselves... I manage to request change to a new router...

you must be using TPLink Archer C5 or C1200 right ?

I can confirm that this both have a problem in upload sometimes especially for C5.

Rm149 = internet (99) + hypptv (30) + free voice call (20)

Rm129 = internet (99) + hypptv (30)

Yes... the Archer C1200... but now I change to the rgx440 or something like that router... works awesome!

Its a very good deal if you ask me. And now webe even allows 10GB tethering. Nowadays, telco and internet packages are getting better and better. It would be a no brainer to actually sign up for contracts.
