Yes. We are talking about landed and condo here.

And yes, they may not utilize the lift frequently. But they can still use it to access to sky garden and the gym in one of the blocks. And they need gardeners to utilize their areas too. So it's not really unfair. It all depends how you look at it

From what I know, 6%+2% rebate is valid up til 21/4/2018. wink.gif

The ones that are wearing Guoco shirt are agents as well. They're just don't wear their firmso shirt. So far only the well known firms wear their own shirts like FLP and PTLM.

Yup. Memang not enough. Even the park is too small for the residents, it's only about 700m around the lake.

Well the agent that serves me wears the Guoco shirt has his name card is Guoco as well. Perhaps he left that previous firm and joined GL as marketing exec or he is working for GL for this project then goes back to the previous firm when the project ends. Not quite sure how they work lol

its very subjective depending on how fast they build each level and also how long they really take to complete the whole building and VP.... over the 3-4 years of construction for a condo it could be 5% -10% of your purchase price....

The agent told me maintenance fee only calculate by house square feet only. RM0.35 included sinking fund fee.

the sauna room is damn small - only can fit 3 to 5 persons at a time.
