Hi, I've recently bought a property with my cousin (joint name) that's around RM500K. Just signed the SPA last week and now I received in-principle approval for my Singapore citizenship application.
Does anyone know what will happen to the housing loan and property after I renounce Malaysia citizenship? Can my cousin and I continue to keep the property since it's under 2mio?
