HI Guys,

Im planing to buy a house.
I prefer landed property. (sub sale or auction will do for me)

im working at KLCC(future in cyberjaya) and my wife working at puchong.
My budget is : 350,000 (i know its very low at current situation but this is what i can afford).

Note : First house buyer

1. Which location will be good for both of us?
2. Do any of your friend wanted to self their house ? (pls PM me)
3. drop your ideas/comments if any

pls avoid negative comments.
You feedback is very helpful and valuable for me.

Thanks

It's very hard to match your budget with a landed house at today's market....and let's be realistic good things ain't cheap, cheap things ain't good.....it's best to live within your means. Another option is to rent a landed house...that might be the best alternative if landed was your only preferred house.

Sepang can get double storey or single storey with your budget. Well if you are interested with the area and location.

Done and dusted?

Have you considered Putra Perdana? 5 mins to Cyberjaya, 15 mins to Puchong (well, depends where, it is technically Puchong).

Downside is, developer was Talam, so you'd really need to have a good look at the house.

In Cyberjaya, you can still get cheap landed houses at Taman Pinggiran Cyber (5 minutes to Cyberjaya proper) around your budget. Again, developer was Talam.
