Don't know bout the drawing since I don't read the manga and have nth to compare it to,but the animation (as in motion) isn't all to shout about.Infact it's relatively poor for an anime of this era imo.Music isn't amazing either.But that's just me,a lil too anal maybe

Anyhow the story is interesting and stuff develops nicely.Quick,intruiging and rather exciting. A lil cliched/typical in certain parts imo,but it's inherent in such action animes I suppose.Main characters have been developed pretty decently as well.

Just my random thoughts on the minus-es and plus-es on this anime thus far.
