Ok, I am reading the manga from the start now. Everything is quite the same and they introduced Teresa of the Faint Smile.

Cool, the author has balls to kill off characters to advance the plot. Even very likeable ones. I like this guy a lot. Now this is what I call respect for character's integrity. Afterall, these women and men live by the sword, die by it too. Phantom Millia/Miria exemplifies it.
