unfortunately i don't think such a program exist. There are seperate uninstallers of diffrent product available. Plus any of this installer will not uninstall without password if it is password locked. There is no way for a program to ethically bypass or else, people will just write a virus/malware to do the same and add a format c drive command to it as well. you may want to make things easy but it tends to be abuse most of time.
