for me the only support for the bar during the squats is the traps/rear delts...
the only help from the arms is from pushing the bar down against the back so it doesn't slip. pushing the other way round sounds funny to me and it can't even imagine an angle to do it, post me a video would'ya |

anyway i just come to realize that we might be talking about 2 different squats here, thats why it's hard to visualize...
the high bar and the low bar squats are two completely different beasts i believe *edit*adding in, i also realized that we wasted a few pages having nothing to do with progress pictures This post has been edited by yennshin: Mar 26 2008, 03:07 PM |
