thanks.....thats jz boosted my spirit.
previously, i was 60 kg.....now 73kg....haha need more chest and arm....woot.. got to stuff more on protein.....ONz gold whey (banana cream) = taste like banana smoothies...and tuna, tuna ohh tuna... |
