Haha...thank you.My biceps arent tooo big for my body la....I just have good peaks and a good tricep hed to make it look big when flex'd.
I have a chest butit looks undefined cuz i'm a l bit on the bulky side...will post more when i have really low bf%. Cheers. |

Tongyam: 15 months, kinda dirty bulking thou, just recently moved home from campus after graduation so am starting to be more cautious on diet. Irretistible: 24 years old oven fresh grad! Typical routine D1 chest, D2 arms, D3 Back, D4 Shoulder, D5 Lower body, D6 rest, D7 = D1. Abs anytime but atleaast twice a cycle. Trust me any routine will do as long as diet dials in! Yeeck: 173cm. Haha 4 pack without muscle bulk generally might as well have nth at all.... Hean: Was a KarateDo instructor for years before getting into uni, maybe that explains my MINIMALLY muscular body at the begining EgoEagle: Damm You are supre fine! I'm kinda developing that too, but it will end eventually cuz i'm not aiming to be a gigantic bodybuilder(like you).More like the superhero's body.Hehehe.
But i'm the kind of person that super obsessed with symmetry.I get pissed off if one side is smaller than the other and so forth.It gets really frustrating at times in the gym. Do you have the same problem? |

I made the mistake of dirty bulking way too far. I lost 7 kg, and my 4 packs are just gettign visible. That's how much fat i've packed on, but as you can see, the cutting's going on fine. I'm still cruising on a 125 kg bench press PR till i finish the cut. It's pretty hard to keep gaining strength when on a caloric deficit. It's possible, but i don't want to push it.But i'm the kind of person that super obsessed with symmetry.I get pissed off if one side is smaller than the other and so forth.It gets really frustrating at times in the gym. Do you have the same problem? |

Pull ups and Underhand bb roll first 2 exercises of back WO. Not really working on them as u can see in my routine. Putting it on D3/4. Mayb its my post delt and teres major (OK its still back..). My main concern now is chest and arms! Genetically shit in chest deparment! Arms underdevelopment is understandable as prevoiusly wasnt hitting them directly. Just started working them months ago. Most probably my condition too! My bf is shit high thus hiding my tiny peak! Just started my current routine of 5on1off lately after shifting from KL to PG. Diet hasnt dialled in thou!

Darklight ya I agree on your point of genetic.. I am trying to bring up my biceps brachii but not the brachialis and brachiradialis atm so as to bring up the peak! Well.. Giving a try... So atm work more on bb curls while droppin hammer curls! Doing some Reverse curl though for the forearms! Just my experiment..

Agreed its difficult to get perfect on both mass and condition departments being a natural! Btw 7kg in 2 months is pretty decent! Not more not less! I went on a really, really slow cut. I'm not taking chances losing mass. Well, i won't see the weighing scale, i'd say the mirror is the best way to telling progress. When i start looking too tiny, then i'll stop cutting. I need to get rid of the lower ab flab. It's disgusting. |

just now i saw my nick somewhere..mm.i dun bench big dude.... i'm only benching about 220-225LBS for a 3 rep. But struggle like terribly la....it's like my ears gonna blow up and i'm gonna die under the bar. I'd get a video, but there're like so many ppl in the gym, wanna video also i shy balls.... but i'll get another deadlift video soon la, i'm also worried about my form. My friend said I was a lil wobbly while pullin the 300. |

T1 ur arms are exactly like my cousins, cept his has no triceps. just biceps, and yeah he only does bicep curls. Not his fault actually, he just has a pair of dumbells so wat to do......curls pretty heavy too.

free, those stretch marks come and go... i get those on my shoulders every shoulder day... but really, mine is nowhere as serious as yours. I only had it happen on my biceps once (both sides)... after a few days, they turned blue/black.... i have no idea why.

i use to drop them...but not anymore...after a crushed finger and lost of movement and 20 stitches...no fkn way...and free_enuff...i think i weights about 90 kgs...but im not really sure

kinda nice arms.....how many inch are those? and what kinda spinal prob you got man? whey can do wonders~~ but watchout your natural food intake as well p/s: train your forearm and your triceps....it's quite small compared to your biceps...my 2 cents Chow. |

spinal problems?....weak back?.No worries man, the only day's that will affect you are when working on your back logically speaking.
Just refrain from lifting heavy weights that could injure your back like dread lifts for your lowerback.Instead perform unweighted hyperextensions then(when confident) slowly hold a 5 pounder moving on to a 10 pounder and what not. But bodybuilding will help your back if done in moderation. Join the club. Cheers |

Yea but light weights wont do any harm man.It's the same as phisiotherapy.They use weights to build up surrounding muscle to support bone development.I have a friend who broke his shoulder and has plastic screws that'll melt after 3 year but he still goes to the gym, does light weights and is happy.
One more thing, if you are to pursue this lifestyle start with isolation exercises and not compound ones.That means no olympic bars, no heavy dumbells, just exercise machines at a fitness centre(you get to look at girls too from what i hear...lol) |

Thanks for the advice and suggestions.Acctually i met my physiotherapist and asked them about this and they advise me not to use heavy weights and my back should be lying or suppoerted by something when i'm perfoming training with my arms.
Bro egoeagle, You're absolutely true there.Simple weights won't harm,thanks for the support!logical thinking,my back must be supported so that it won't put much weight/pressure on my back so barbell won't hurt in anyway since i'll be doing it in lying position. 3 bodybuilders just stepped into my office today colleague's friend ... damn.. they're all huge. can't wait to look like them According to the omron fat analyser, my bf% is at 14.6%. only traps lagging? i think almost EVERYTHING is lagging i plan to start bulking in about 2 month time... hopefully can get great results then |

Are other brands crap compared to accu-measure? or just not as accurate? Pizza: I just switched my diet. from that fastfood stuff to clean meals. clean to the point where i eat 90% home cooked food. Oil-free cooking. Only get good fats from supplements and whatever fats left in the meat i cooked. carbs i take are mostly gardenia wholewheat bread... planning to change to that new formula they came out with... apparently the carbs in that is even lower. King83: not bad.. can see some bulk here and there. but some of the pics angles makes it hard to see anything. i think would be better if you got someone to shoot you... hahaha, maybe just clean up diet more? i can't really give advice on bulking up since i'm having a miserable time doing that myself. but on the getting lean side, i can give some SIMPLE advice la. however, those simple advice is already all over the health and fitness forum.

it's hard to tell if you wanna take a shot, take it upfront and that way we can judge if you're really 33% BF. Although you look more like 20% bf though it's hard to say cuz camera angels can really make things look different. Example, amber chia only looks good in certain angles, and she repeatedly takes pics at that angels to look good. |

You people leave me no choice!LOL!.
Here's some updated pics of myself working out on a saturday night doing some touch ups(Working out lacking body parts).I've been cutting for 5 weeks already and have 1 final week to go before i start my clean bulking again.I have lost 3 kilo's since my cutting(72 kilo's now).Alot of time was wasted if i had just clean bulked and looked at the mirror instead of looking at the numbers shoot up on the electronic scale. Feedback with what you think is lacking about my body is fully appreciated p.s-My arms have officially hit the 16 inch zone!and all the pics are basically the same i'm just playing with the lighting to bring the best out of me abs. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Cheers. yea..thats where i was bodybuilding for a year...then after that the weights jsut got a wee bit too light and i stepped into the ghetto.It's been 1 year and 4 months since i started building in the ghetto.

i wanna noe how much powerlifters can lift more in a smaller physique compared to a bodybuilder....i'm a strong believer of size=/=strength. But how far is the difference....that's what makes me question. |
