2 to 3 months might take a toll on you.
I went cutting for 5 weeks and already i am losing 1/4 inch off my arms. btw, do you do cardio when u cut? |

bulking - makan manyak manyak... cos tak makan, takkan jadi besar. No cardio.
keep fat gain at a minimum, bulking is not an excuse to become FAT. But caloric excess must be present. cutting - kurangkan/jgn makan carbo... and cardio (optional) when you bulk, caloric excess must be present. Meaning you eat more than you burn. And bcos of that, a bit of fat gain is unavoidable but try to keep it at a minimum. when you cut (caloric deficit), becos you're eating less than what it takes to maintain ur body mass, your body will look for muscle protein as energy. Meaning, ur muscle shrink. This is also unavoidable. It's possible to maintain most of ur musclemass but a bit of lost is inevitable. That's why, get a bigger mass first before you cut... kecik kecik cut for what?? I can pull a 110kg for 5RMs... and i prolly can do 120kg for 2RMs... you are only lifting 23kg more.... and don't forget you're a veteran while i'm only a 5 month old bber... and you call yourself a "powerlifter"... what a joke. |

yes, i'm still new... and nowhere did i say my lats were close to of darky/mm or free_enuf's size. I just said i got lats because i was surprised to see them once i learn how to flex it. And if you really wanna know, last nite i actually told darky that i got NO LATS !!! i was surprised this morning.... so i wanted to share my joy with u guys. I may act like an idiot 99% of the time, but i'm dead serious about bbing. You don't respect me, i'm not respecting you too. |
