yeah i was wondering as well. how many u can do?

Well, I've never pressed db's fresh. I do them only after 4 sets of flat barbell bench so i'm pretty exhausted already. I'll try it as my first exerxise next week.
Yesterday i pressed the 80 pounders for 13 reps. Then next set was another 13, then i had to reduce. Was getting fatigued. The of of the bench was 40 to 45 degrees.

yeah going through 4 sets of chest is hell. but y not doing 1-2 exercises lighter to maintain the weights throughout all 4 sets?

Cos it makes me look macho holding heavy db's wor.

Like king looks macho wearing a belt at 80kg squats.

pwnage. the big pt guy in my gym does 125 perhand db flat bench press. looks cool lol

Hmmm... lemme try pressing the 100's fresh next week. I've still got to get used to db work. Should be ok. I'll take a vid of a set of incline db bench press.
