Yea it's hard. You gotta get someone close to you to take 'em. A lot of people would mistaken us for absolute fukking vainpots if we asked them to take bodyshots of us like this. They just wouldn't understand unless they're close to us.

I know you're in Aussie. It ain't so bad there i bet if you hit poses in the gym. When i do that shit, i get some of the members there looking at me like i'm some sorta weirdo. They just don't understand, period. Yes, the sport of bodybuilding is a lonely one. The idiots in my gym come in for 3 hours, hit a few sets of bench presses and bicep curls, quarter rep squats while chatting for 10 mins between sets and they call it a workout. They want to get big, i know they do, but they can't cos they're doing stupid things counter productive to growth, then they turn around and tell me they don't wanna get to big. It makes me sick. Heck, i don't care seriously, but they hog the damn bench, one big group. If they spent more time benching instead of talking, they might progress.

You have good symmetry. Good bicep peaks. Tris i don't know because the pose doesn't let me see them.
Your side delts you need to bring them up a little. Work on your lat width and back thickness. Overall pretty good. Get more overall mass, don't focus on cutting too much, iff you want to compete, you need a lot more mass than that.

Add in pullovers to your routine, Terry said i need them too. Don't go below 12 reps on those. At least 15. Overall good job there.

I edited my post just now about suggesting you add in pullovers too. Eldan, what's your routine like? If your diet is fine, it could be something wrong with your routine? I'm not saying what you're doing is wrong, but it could be tweaked a bit. Are you seriously consuming enough calories? The key word is progress, as long as you're progressing, then whatever you're doing is fine.

Nice bicep peak.

Good progress, you need to work on your delts, lat thickness and width. I think arms are pretty fine, need to bring up tris a tad more. Chest needs more work.

Why the FUK does everyone have a bicep peak except me?

I not sure if I save any old photos but I was very fat 2 years ago......and that "peak" was around 98kg.
About the diet....a normal diet. Will try look in it after I finish my final in 3 weeks time.

Define normal diet. I hope it's not just 3 meals a day. You got your pre and post workout meals in check?

I can tell you have lost bodyfat though.

I'm sorry but you need to tweak it a lot. Not enough calories, not enough protein. And your breakfast is terrible. You can have a very good workout routine but if your diet isn't good enough, you won't grow.

My girlfriend eats more than you for breakfast. And your preworkout of milo and cereal, how do you even find the energy to workout?

Ari, if it's a solid meal of say for example, white rice, meat and veg, i'd say wait 1-1.5 hours.

If it's a shake, I'd say 45 mins to an hour.

Nah, she's quite small. We got people indirectly asking us all the time how we have sex since I'm so heavy. She just replies with a simple "I'm stronger than you think".
