You have good symmetry. Good bicep peaks. Tris i don't know because the pose doesn't let me see them.
Your side delts you need to bring them up a little. Work on your lat width and back thickness. Overall pretty good. Get more overall mass, don't focus on cutting too much, iff you want to compete, you need a lot more mass than that.

Add in pullovers to your routine, Terry said i need them too. Don't go below 12 reps on those. At least 15. Overall good job there.

hahaha...i know i realise that...but somehow this picture makes me look somewat smaller...but thanks dark..will work on the delts...and yea...my lats are horrible..but getting there...u guys dont know how much i eat..hahahaha...fkn tall body consumes to much calories..dammit! being 180cm tall is not fun for a bodybuilder.

I edited my post just now about suggesting you add in pullovers too. Eldan, what's your routine like? If your diet is fine, it could be something wrong with your routine? I'm not saying what you're doing is wrong, but it could be tweaked a bit. Are you seriously consuming enough calories? The key word is progress, as long as you're progressing, then whatever you're doing is fine.

yea..i constantly have progress...and i think my protien consumption is not enough...going to increase my protien consumption

why it need high reps?

i start doing pullover recently and get some decent gain from it.
